A definite beagle. You should hear him howl-
we had a most beloved dog once - Oreo, who was a English Springer Spaniel/Beagle mix, and we would hear him howling in the woods all night. He was a free spirit who could not be tamed. Loving, dear boy. He lived to be almost fourteen.
