And did I forget the "Mud-Hen Casserole"? Last but not least-Chipmunk! "Dress the animal and remove the kernels. Miss Land writes. "Sprinkle with orange juice and rub with butter." This reminds me of an old Cajun joke I read in someone else's cookbook though I can't remember which one. A Cajun man and his wife see three little green men emerging from a space ship that has landed by the bayou. "What are they?' the woman asks. "Never mind" said her husband "You boil some water and I'll get my rifle." Talk about Alien ET-touffe!
